What's this?
Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We are always interested in getting to know people from other countries and other cultures, discussing, sharing different views and opinions. This is certainly an enrichment for both sides.
If you are interested we can take you to beautiful places in our area at the weekends.....🤩Help
Mark is working as a digital nomad most of the time and therefore we are grateful for help with our horses, that means cleaning the stable, feeding the horses and - if you are a horse rider - go for a hack with Heidi, twice or three times a week. Feeding and cleaning the goats as well as our dogs and cats also belong to your duties.
Repairing tasks like mending the fences, cleaning the land, attending to our olive trees, our plants, flowers and garden.
There is also always something to paint outside, like terrace floors, walls and so on.
Whenever possible we are happy to work as a team and share experiences!Languages spoken

We have more possibilities; depending whether our family members are staying for holidays at our finca at the same time as workaways.....
We have bedrooms with either bath or shower or we have the casita with bedroom, shower, kitchen and living room.
Our main meal is in the evening and Mark is a fantastic cook! During the day you can either cook something for yourself or snack....our fridge is always full!
And you have access to our laundry, swimming pool and during the winter months to our sauna.Important information: Never make a fire outside and never throw away a cigarette on the land. The fire risk in Spain is extremely high.
For smokers there is the possibility to smoke on the terrace (no smoking inside). We maintain an atmosphere of respect, fairness and openness and welcome everybody who shares the same values.
There are endless things to do and see in your sparetime; you can walk straight away from our finca in wonderfull surroundings or enjoy the closebye beaches and fishing villages, 6km) and mountains (in the lovely Burga valley, 10 km), sightseeing in Tarragona (50 km), Barcelona (150 km), Valencia (200 km), discovering the Ebro delta (20km)
At weekends you can join us on our excursions.
Transport is a bit of a problem and the best thing to move around would be a scooter or a car.....we would need to talk about this.A little more information
