A fantastic teaching opportunity has arisen at Loddington CE Primary School! We are excited to appoint a new full-time, permanent, Teacher, to support, inspire and lead the brilliant children in our mixed Reception and Year One class. With a passionate, enthusiastic, and committed attitude, the successful candidate will join our dedicated team, and drive high quality education for these children, facilitating their progress, both academically and personally. The role of a teacher in the lives of both the children and wider community is a vital and special responsibility. • Is enthusiastic, approachable and friendly.
• Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn.
• Has an understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children.
• Is able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed.
• Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies.
• Has the ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently and above all is a committed team member.
• Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
