The instructions don't help much, you are out of time, don't have the proper tools, don't have a clue where to start, or just want a very straight and well made beginning for this years Pinewood Derby Car build. Precision Pinewood to the rescue.These fully pre-cut, pre-drilled and machine sanded car bodies are built to very high standards and will save you tons of time and aggravation as well as give you an outstanding chance at building a winner because of the machine shop accuracy built into every one of them. This kit will save most builders at least a full days work and delivers a kit that you and your scout can easily finish and be very proud of on race day. With the addition of some high quality wheels and axles and this can easily be this years winner.The body is cut from the original BSA pine block then machine sanded at 120 grit to remove the saw marks. Weight pockets are pre-milled in the perfect location for speed and stability and I include a custom molded lead-free weight kit that fits the weight pockets perfectly with instructions on installation for best performance. A dab of glue and drop them in the pocket, that's it! The axle slots are high precision pre-drilled as well and are made on my vertical mill with custom tooling to ensure the most parallel axle installation possible with only a press in fit, no glue needed or recommended for axle installation! I even include fine and extra fine sandpaper for your use before painting if you want to. This kit is the real deal and arrives ready for your scout to take over.
